Delete your account
You can delete your Ten8 account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open Ten8 → Profile → Delete account → Delete my account. This happens straight away and signs you out.
Without the app
Write to ten8help@gmail.com from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Ten8 account”. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile and sign-in, onboarding answers, weekly check-ins and weigh-ins, reports, meal plans, cycle history, monthly check-ins and notification settings.
What is kept
Payment and plan records (plan, amount, date, payment reference), because Indian tax and accounting law requires them. They no longer carry your name, email or account ID. Class attendance marks stay only as anonymous counts.
Deleting your account ends your plan. Plans are non-refundable (see the refund policy).
