Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the Ten8 app and website collect, why, and what you can do about it. Ten8 is operated by Paraag Mishra (trading as Ten8), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we"). Questions: ten8help@gmail.com.
What we collect

Health information (check-in answers, symptoms, cycle data, weight) is sensitive. We ask for your explicit consent before collecting it, and we use it only to provide the programme to you.
Who processes your data
- Google Firebase: sign-in, database, notifications and crash reports.
- Cloudflare: our server, which runs your plan, reports and payments logic.
- Razorpay: payments.
- Zoom: live classes.
- Mixpanel (app analytics, on Mixpanel's EU servers) and Google Analytics for Firebase (app analytics and measuring our Google ads): app usage events linked to a random user ID. Some events carry coded values, such as your main focus and check-in answers as numbers from 1 to 5, so we can see whether the programme is helping. Never your name, email or phone, and never anything you type in yourself.
- Meta (measuring our Facebook and Instagram ads): only that the app was installed and opened, that an account was created, that the plans screen was viewed, and the amount and currency of a purchase, with basic device details (app and Android version). No health data, and never your name, email or phone, not even in scrambled (hashed) form.
- Anthropic (AI service): we draft your weekly meal plan with the help of an AI service (Anthropic). We share only what is needed to build the plan: your focus, diet, body measurements, check-in answers and symptoms. Never your name, email or phone. Every plan is reviewed by our team before you see it.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal and health data within 30 days. We keep payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. You can download a copy of your data in the app (Profile → Export my data), and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or as described here. Withdrawing consent for health data means we can no longer provide the programme.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Access inside Ten8 is limited to the people who need it to run your programme.
Age
Ten8 is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page and tell you in the app if anything important changes.
